How you relate to your body and nourish yourself may be further informed by various intersections, such as identity, mental health, finances, neurodivergence, and your upbringing. We provide support through a trauma-informed and social justice lens while recognizing the many factors that inform a person’s relationship with food and their body. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to nourish yourself, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
At New Leaf Nutrition, our weight-inclusive, non-diet dietitians focus on your individual needs, goals, and lived experience, not numbers on a scale. We prioritize a compassionate, relational approach that centers enjoyment with food, empowerment, curiosity, and sustainable behavior changes versus short-term “solutions.” Our approach isn't about willpower or perfection, it's about reconnecting with your body’s wisdom and discovering what truly nourishes you.
We support clients experiencing a range of eating disorders including binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), bulimia, anorexia, and other specified feeding and eating disorders. We’ll explore ways to support yourself in eating consistently, adequately, and enjoyably by exploring strategies and meal ideas that work for you and your life.
Along the way, we’ll discuss ways to move towards body-neutrality and liberation, increase attunement with your body to honor your needs, and break down rigid thoughts and beliefs about food that get in the way of your goals.
To provide the best care, we’ll coordinate with your care team, and if you don’t have a team yet, we’ll help you establish care with providers who are a good fit for your needs. Additionally, our clinicians have experience in higher levels of care and understand the journey of transitioning between levels, as well as the work it takes to integrate back into your life.

Receiving a new diagnosis or managing a chronic condition can be overwhelming. In our society, we’re often taught that individuals are at fault for “causing” their conditions, which creates so much shame and pressure on people. We’re here to help you feel more at ease about how you can support yourself with eating while removing shame and stigma. With Health At Every Size® and intuitive eating approaches, we provide nutrition education to inform you about the intersections with food and health while having nuanced conversations that health encompasses way more than what a person eats, such as stress, systemic factors, genetics, environment, relationships, and more. We enjoy supporting clients with various nutrition-related health concerns, including pre-diabetes, type II diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), liver disease, and heart disease.

For clients who are vegetarian or vegan, we discuss ways to meet your nutritional needs that align with your values, culture, or personal choices without falling into rigid patterns with eating. We enjoy holding space for nuanced conversations about the intersections between values and food choices. For some, this includes exploring ways to practice flexibility within their food choices that they haven’t explored before.

If you're curious about ditching diets, or are already on that path, we’re here to help you unlearn the rules that no longer serve you and reconnect with your body in a nourishing and sustainable manner. Our non-diet, weight-inclusive approach helps you explore intuitive eating, challenge the diet mentality, and build a more flexible relationship with food. Instead of tracking calories or chasing weight loss, we focus on nourishment, satisfaction, and body-neutrality. If you’re not sure if you want to let go of pursuing weight loss just yet, that’s ok! It can feel scary thinking about life without trying to change your body, and although we don’t support helping people lose weight, we hold lots of space to explore what a life without diets can look like.

Not in the traditional sense. We may explore flexible structure or meal ideas together, but our focus is helping you build confidence in your food choices… not following strict rules.
