Registered Dietitian

In our sessions, I will honor your experience of life in your body as we explore your past, current, and future relationships with food.

After years of making food and movement decisions based on diet culture’s arbitrary numbers, it can be so refreshing to turn inward and learn to hear your body’s own cues. I am honored to provide a genuine, open space to guide you on your journey toward food and body freedom.

Works with:

Adults
Adolescents (14+)
Neurodivergence
LGBTQ+

Specializes in:

Eating Disorders
Intuitive Eating
Mental health disorders that impact eating

(OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma)

Sees clients:

Virtually in
OR, WA, CA, AZ

A curious, genuine person who values true human connection in a disconnected world

I love that each of our paths to food and body liberation looks different. I greatly value getting to know my clients’ stories, values, identities, and motivations and supporting them in forging their unique path forward. One of my favorite parts of this work is celebrating the wins with my clients along the way. Outside of this work, I love reading, being outside, listening to paranormal podcasts, snorkeling, snuggling my cat, and eating chocolate.
