A spirited and passionate individual - I thrive on diving into meaningful work.

As someone who's struggled with food and body image in the past, this is what draws me to this work and makes me excited to support others. I believe size doesn't dictate health status, and fat is not a bad word.

During my free time I enjoy playing with my cat, Pickle and my dog, Hazel. I also enjoy traveling and spending time on the Oregon coast. My favorite season is fall. Want to celebrate Halloween in February? Count me in.
