Registered Dietitian

Healing your relationship with food and body is possible - and it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

Our sessions are a space to be real, unfiltered, and supported without judgment. My approach comes from a place of compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. This work is about more than just food; it's about finding freedom, trust, and confidence again. There’s nothing more rewarding than walking alongside someone as they rediscover what it means to feel at home in their body.

Works with:

Adults (18+)
LGBTQ+

Specializes in:

Eating Disorders

Intuitive Eating
Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders

(OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD)

Sees clients:

A compassionate and honest human who shows up with warmth and a genuine smile.

Outside of sessions, there’s usually a hunt for the next great restaurant, a dog in tow (or curled up close by), and a book halfway finished on the nightstand. There’s a love for simple joys, cozy routines, and finding beauty in the everyday.

Becoming a dietitian came from a deep desire to help people feel at peace with food and their bodies - no shame, no rules, just trust. It’s work that’s equal parts heart, science, and real talk.
