An empathetic and nonjudgemental approach, providing the space for you to feel heard and supported.

I recognize that food is so much more than what’s on our plates and I find real meaning in helping others feel comfortable to sit in this complexity. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities who are navigating their relationship with food and their bodies. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I understand firsthand how important it is to feel affirmed and accepted by your care team. That is something I am committed to and excited about providing to you.

Outside of work I always try to prioritize the beautiful nature around me, whether it be hiking or walking. I enjoy spending time with my lovely friends, my partner, and my two cats at home. You can usually find me reading a weird book, looking for a movie to watch, or trying a new craft!
