And right now, making decisions around food and deciding what to eat is leaving you stressed, frustrated, and seriously doubting your ability to nourish yourself. The pressure to “eat right” has taken the joy out of food altogether. Occasionally, there’s a glimmer of hope that one day food won’t totally rule your life and that’s about the only thing getting you through to the next meal.
You’re exhausted thinking about food all the time. What started as a way to control your food has led to food controlling your life. There are foods that are on the “absolutely not” list and your appetite swings from ravenous to no hunger cues whatsoever. Through understanding your body’s needs, gently rebuilding your internal cues, and honestly some hard work, food can become less of a battle.
Your doctor just dropped a diagnosis on you and sent you on your way with a sheet of paper that has some vague nutrition advice. It’s definitely not helpful, and Google is making you feel even more overwhelmed on how to support your health through food.
You’re just trying to “eat right”, juggling how food makes you feel, sustainability, foods you enjoy, and wanting to pursue a healthy lifestyle. With a new nutrition fad circulating social media almost daily, you’re left confused more than ever on what eating patterns work best for you.

We have a billing specialist on our team - Stacy - who will handle your claims and communicate with you about payments and outstanding balances.
If we’re not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to get reimbursed through out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to provide a superbill, but you’ll need to pay for services upfront.
